Pattern Details

This is a sewing pattern, not a finished item. Do not purchase if you do not intend to sew. PDF sewing patterns are non refundable. You will need Adobe Reader to open the pattern and a printer to print it with. "Johnny" is a novelty hair loss cap made of soft, knit fabric. The pattern requires knit fabric with 20-25% stretch across the width. It is sized for people with little to no hair. This is a downloadable sewing pattern and set of instructions. Nothing will be mailed. The fabric and foam roller requirements are shown in the last photo. Foam rollers can be purchased at dollar stores, discount department stores and online. You will need 22 foam rollers. The size range is 20" to 24" head circumference. XS-M fits a 20"-22" head circumference. L/XL fits 23-24". The hat is designed with no exposed seams to protect sensitive scalps. This is a chemo or hair loss cap for people with an irreverent sense of humor.

You may see all of my pattern designs at All of my patterns are organized into categories and the links will take you here to purchase. My sales prices are exclusively on Craftsy. I began sewing as a child. Eventually, friends and family encouraged me to sell clothing. From there, I began to design my own patterns. Additionally, I have taught beginner and intermediate sewing and pattern making. When I am not drafting and testing patterns, I also offer custom labels and printing for other small businesses. My sewing and label making businesses are known as "Designing Twining" on the web, Facebook and Etsy. Interested in sewing classes? Visit
