The bishop dress is a classic for cuteness and comfort. The round yoke frames the face beautifully, and is a great place to display embroidery or applique work. With so many sleeve, length, and size options, you can make a variety of totally different tops and dresses. For tiny babies, it makes the perfect puff-sleeved christening or dedication dress. The flutter sleeve option makes great spring dresses for little girls (gingham and rick-rack are a classic combination). Older girls love stylish tops made from this pattern. The sleeveless version is very on trend, and looks great made from wild fabrics. In the fall, the long sleeved version looks perfect with boots and leggings. The back opening features a neat hidden binding, and two little snaps are all that are needed for fasteners. If you prefer, buttons and buttonholes can be used. Note - with all the different pattern options this file contains a large amount of pages. However, it is not required to print the whole document, just the needed pattern pages.
