Q&A with ginochka

Quiltladyroux asked:
Terrific quilting. Your swirls are so even. Do you know if this was the customer's own design or a pattern? I have a retreat in a few weeks & am looking for something like this.
ginochka answered:
Sorry so long to reply, I couldn't figure out how to post a reply. She used a pattern that is free online. I don't remember the name of it but it may have the name chevron in the pattern.
Kquilter2 asked:
Just beautiful! It has given me the courage to try my hand at these designs. Thanks for showing us it can be done!
ginochka answered:
Draw it out a few times and then go for it, the drawing really helps.
Angela Walters asked:
Wow!!!!! This is stunning!! I think you have done a fantastic job!!!!!!!!!
ginochka answered:
Thanks Angela, the class was helpful and I find that I can apply the information -transitioning into another motif and changing the scale of a motif- to other quilt patterns that I do.
Scheri Manson asked:
Beautiful. Did you use a long arm machine?
ginochka answered:
Yes, I used a longarm. Thank you
Rhonda Shedron asked:
Just beautiful!!! I love the colors of your quilt and your quilting turned out amazing!
ginochka answered:
Thank you. I didn't piece the quilt top, it was a customer quilt.
