Project Description

What are you most proud of? My seams all match neatly, and I added prairie points for the first time. There were so many hiccups in this project , I was thrilled when I finally turned out !! Especially since I was making 2 of them!!!! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Spend the $ for good material. Don't get the cheep stuff. Read instructions and make sure cutting right sizes, have fun, be creative,

Your quilt is beautiful!!! I have seen this pattern before but never with color gradations you used. Your prairie are a wonderful 'ending' for this. Very nice.

Thank you. I was so afraid of them because it meant I has to hand stitch the end. I didn't know how to hand stitch!!!!

Hey, did you take the Leah Day class? I'm taking the same class, still have a ways to go to complete. Anyway, your quilt looks so nice and I love the prairie points. Keeps the color going all the way around.

I paid for and watched the class. When I put this quilt together, which the pattern came from that class, I loved it too much to try Leah's techniques. I didn't want to take a chance in ruining it. I don't trust my abilities yet.
