Project

Stitchin' & Slashin'

What are you most proud of? That I actually finished it! A lot of the time, I start but don't finish projects that don't have a recipient so doing something just for the sake of doing and finishing it is not my normal behavior. I've gotten positive feedback from family and friends - that feels pretty good, too! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Relax and have fun! This technique produces a very complex looking piece, but it is deceptively simple! You don't even have to be able to sew in a perfectly straight line or make perfectly sewn curves.
