Q&A with Judiferg

SantaMaria asked:
This quilt is very striking! How did you add the details to the front of it? Were they embedded or cut in and sewn from the underside or appliqued?
Judiferg answered:
The background was made of bits cut about 4" wide and sewn together till I had a really long piece. I then cut them the length I wanted the quilt to be and shuffled them round till the lights and darks were balance.d The circles were simply placed on the top and the back was cut away once I had sewn them on. - No Vliesofix - just LOTS of pins
