Placemats & Coasters for Joan

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't be afraid to use fabrics that appear as gawdy as heck... remember you're only using a little piece at a time! This fabric had all the colours I wanted so I went for it... I think it worked... Joan is certainly happy with my choice too, yay!

You Can Make This
