I love this quilt! Your puppy has such personality and I think your intricate quilting really adds to that. How did you make the eyes - it appears that they are some kind of button?

Thanks Emafish. Yes--my puppy certainly has a colorful personality so it was fun making a quilt that reflects her energy and enthusiasm. And you are correct-each eye is made with 2 buttons (a light colored button down first with a smaller black button for the pupil. The hardest part was matching up all the holes with the front and the back of the quilt (4 buttons total!!) My poor fingers!
