The pattern is for a quilt throw but I wanted to use the very easy tube method to make blocks for charity baby quilts. So the quilt pictured is a 39.5"x 50". If you're an experienced quilter this is a fast quilt to put to sew the blocks and put together the strips. If you're not, there are some things about putting together triangles you should know, but this is a good place to learn. No little squares to mess with. This is a great stash buster. I love true scrap quilts ie: use what you have, no buying jelly rolls and such. I like a challenge. Every time I've gotten out of the way and let the colors just do their thing I've never been disappointed. I added a 3" border. I did not quilt. I bust out quilt tops for this charity and some one else will tie it. I am upping my free motion skills and enjoyed her lesson after she put the quilt together.
