Project

Mug Rug

What are you most proud of? The binding! It lays completely flat which is something I was having issues with before. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Chain piecing makes this project quick to piece together. Take a photo of your layout before you start just in case your rows get mixed up. And check everything works before doing something you can't undo (like trimming your binding before checking if it fits well).

You Can Make This

  • jelly roll strips in solid colours
  • a fat quarter for the backing
