  • Hand dyed cottons batik fabrics pearl cotton #3 beads and more beads hand and machine sewing equipment backing and batting

Q&A with Jean Sredl

DaisyandFlorrie asked:
Love it - beautiful work and color!
Jean Sredl answered:
Thanks ladies!
mannell22 asked:
Jean - what courses or books or resources were helpful for you in developing your skills? They are so unique, and I am starting to move towards this style of quilting. Enamoured at the moment with landscape quilting, and about to attempt my first confetti attempt. Sue
Jean Sredl answered:
Thank you Sue. I've taken 2 Ann Peterson classes about machine quilting and Judith Trager's Art Quilt backgrounds, but mostly it's just taking ideas from nature around me and jumping in and doing it. Good luck!
