Project Description

What are you most proud of? That I like the results in general. I'm pretty critical of my art and sometimes that can get in the way. I think the face turned out okay, faces can be so hard ( for me). What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch Lola Jenkins class, she's very inspiring. Don't try something too difficult the first time out.

What you will need

  • Quilting products
  • fusible quilt backing
  • fabric paint

What a great piece! It's fun. It's beautiful. And it's interesting. You've captured the expression and feeling well and I really love the quilted dragonflies design that pop with color in the background. Is this a self portrait?
