What was your source for this quilting project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Craftsy Link to website or photo www.craftsy.com/ What are you most proud of? I used this pattern to enter the Missouri Star Quilt Company, Iron Quilter 2 competition. Voting is taking place now on face book and google+ /youtube and gmail. Until Dember 8th and midnight. My picture in the competition is very poor it got cut off. This is a much better picture.. Thank you Peggy Martin for this class. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't rush!!

What you will need

  • I used 3 charm packs and other fabrics from the "Lovely" line by Debbie Beaves
  • RJR fabrics.

Nice work on your New York Beauty! I love the scrappy look that you created by using all the different light and dark prints - so much fun!

It was real fun Peggy. I never tried a contest before but this was sure a learning process. I think it looks better in real life. I used your blue and yellow quilt to guide me how to put this together and reversed the corners because for some reason it looked better to me that way for this quilt.
