Q&A with Northwoods Pat

anita211 asked:
Absolutely lovely!
Northwoods Pat answered:
Thanks! It was my first effort and was really fun to make. It got me thinking in new ways about how to use fabric in art.
Mindy690 asked:
I absolutley LOVE this. So beautiful. Did you turn it into a wall hanging?
Northwoods Pat answered:
It can be hung, but I have it kind of propped up on a side table in our living room.... Thanks for the comment. I'm glad you liked it !
Sarah Becker asked:
You are so creative! I love the way you embellish your work with bits and pieces. This is very lovely
Northwoods Pat answered:
Thanks. I took the Craftsy course with Wendy Butler Berns "Art Quilting 101" - and she had the idea about the couching with yarn as well as finishing the edge with the eyelash yarn.... Then I just started using all kinds of stuff!
Beadywoman asked:
Well! I'm sitting here with my jaw on the floor. This piece is just beautiful!
Northwoods Pat answered:
Sorry I missed your comment 'til now. Thanks!!
RosemarieW asked:
Gorgeous! Love the colors, use of tulle, and yarn for binding!
Northwoods Pat answered:
Thank you. I had a wonderful time learning how to do it in the class and have been enjoying more since, too!
