Q&A with Patti Trygg

denimangel asked:
very pretty, reminds me of my great grandmother and some of the projects she did.
Patti Trygg answered:
Awesome! My favorite projects are ones that I use vintage fabrics so they have a vintage look to them!
MissMarple asked:
I love this quilt! The applique and the fabrics you selected look so good together. So much hard work and talent went into this and it's so pretty. Thank you for letting us see!
Patti Trygg answered:
I found some very fun vintage feedsacks to use as the background blocks! One of them is printed in spanish I think & I chose it because it kind of has my last name: trigo!

I would love to make this. I love to do hand work. I live in N. Jay, Maine, that makes us almost neighbors. How do I get the pattern?
Patti Trygg answered:
Awesome! Is N. Jay far from Portland? we've only been in Maine for 3 years now.... still learning! & absolutely loving it!!!! As for the pattern, just click on the red My Home Sweet Home above & it will bring up the website where I purchased the pattern from! Enjoy! It's a lot of fun to do!
