Hexi Challenge block

What are you most proud of? Thought its hard to see in my amature photo the strips in the mauve fabric actually spiral out from the center hexi. This lends to the overall affect of spinning I was going for. Also, I found another way to use one of the cats in my original fat quarters! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Check out the Class Projects pictures. There's a lot of inspiration this month!
