Granny Stars Baby Quilt

What are you most proud of? I attempted to do a quilt as you go type quilt with a twist and no instructions, and it worked, although I think I'll have to refine my idea a bit more before i do it on a larger quilt. I didn't have a pattern for the back so I took the rest of the fat quarters and cut them into squares, rectangles and strips to create 16.5 block to fit the Granny Star blocks. Mimiced the sashing. I used Kona Snow for the cream color on both sides and for the binding. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch you points and your 1/4" or you'll end up lopping the points off.
