Free Motion Practice _Mug Rugs

Project Description

What are you most proud of? I wanted to design a star with feathers that was masculine with a gentle touch of femininity. I don't know if I succeeded. I guess the men will let me know. :-) With ink and paper, I practiced over and over again the stitching pattern once I had it figured out. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Have fun and challenge yourself

What you will need

  • orphan blocks and scrap cotton fabric
  • 80/20 cotton poly batting
  • coats and clark 40wt trilobal polyester thread
  • 80/12 universal needle
