Project

First Attempt / Bird of Paradise

What are you most proud of? Starting and finishing / learning something new. I don't see a place on my page to determine the difficulty but I would mark it medium difficulty for me. What advice would you give someone starting this project? As with most things just jumping in after watching and listening made many things I hadn't quite understood clearer. It was lots of fun, but I must admit it took me lots longer than anticipated because each step was so new to me..next time will be easier I think and I hope to finish several like this one and make Christmas coasters. As I compare my block to others it seems I didn't make the yellow point long enough but I am still pleased to have finished my first try.(I later re-ironed and the yellow point was the right length after all.)
