Feathered Wreath

Project Description

What are you most proud of? The combination of Patsy's feather design and the design I created for framing the feather. The feathered wreath is a stencil by Patsy Thompson. I love her stenciling system! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go for it. Visit Patsy Thompson'swebsite and watch her stencil videos.

What you will need

What a gorgeous piece! And a wonderfully unique design too! I love to see your work, and you just keep getting better and better. Thanks for the tip about Patsy Thompson's stencil videos; I'll be checking them out this weekend.

Awww, thanks so much! I would love to hear your thoughts on the stencils.
Pattisure asked:
Wow! But what do I expect from you, always imaginative & fascinating
Dena_Living Water Quilter answered:
:-), Thank you! Your kind words are always encouraging!
Joke Lady asked:
It is stunning! What is the background technique between the central flower and the border of squares?
Dena_Living Water Quilter answered:
Thanks! It is similar to Cindy's technique, scribbling. Instead of quilting in overlapping circles, you quilt small overlapping straight lines.
