Family Tree Binder Cover

Project Description

What are you most proud of? That I was able to pull it off. If you will note; I found an Owl while slashing, so I made sure it shows him sitting in his hollow. I did a full trial run on the sizing and sewing of the binder cover, to make sure my calculations were correct. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Try out a sample first, to make sure everything will fit the binder cover.

What you will need

  • Batiks in sky blue
  • grass green and three shades of wood browns. Double sided wonder under for the double sided leaves.

Carol Ann Waugh asked:
Wow! You are an amazing artist. I love the how the leaves jump off the surface and also ho you are combining Stitch & Slash techniques with others to make something totally unique. Wonderful. I would give it 5 stars if they let me!
cari2rcky answered:
Thank you, I am pretty proud of it myself. If not 5 star, at least a pas on the back.
Artmomma asked:
