Ethan's quilt

Project Description

What are you most proud of? I love my color choices and that it is done. :) What advice would you give someone starting this project? I am just above a beginner in quilting ability. Take your time piecing the circle together so that the outside edges line up. And if not, keep your seam ripper close by and do it again! :)

What you will need

  • Cotton
  • batting
  • and minky (?)

It's adorable, good job! I use whatever is handy many times too. I found that old cd's are great to make circles with
Andie S. answered:
Oooo, good idea!
susan douglas asked:
Did you sew the circles together first then sew them onto the background< or did you sew the quarter circle to a square and then put it together in blocks??
Andie S. answered:
Sewed the quarter pieces on to the square, then put it together. The trick for me was making sure I had the different color for each circle, oh, then keeping my rows numbered, cuz I would goof that up a few times. But it looks good now! :)
