Q&A with scol409

3patch asked:
Can't wait to see the final result after quilting
scol409 answered:
I am a little nervous because I am going to try some decorative stitching and haven't done it before now. Wish me luck!! My adage is "It is what it is but it will become what you make it". Let's hope it turns out okay - this is for a silent auction for charity!
Gypsyfeathers asked:
Love the quilt top! I so want to do this pattern. I've been quilting a long time and this one speaks to me! Great job!

This quilt is absolutely STUNNING! The colors are luscious and just glow on the surface of this quilt. My eyes just can't stop looking! The border fabric was an excellent choice -- I'm very pleased with how wonderful this turned out!!!!

Thank you, Kimberly! I am still working on the quilting part. I have to have it finished by June 29th because It's being auctioned off at my 40 year high school reunion. I better get going on it!! Meantime, I made a small lap quilt for my granddaughter's 6th birthday which is Sunday. No rest for busy quilters!
