Project

Block of the month

What are you most proud of? Finishing! It's easier when you can only do one or two blocks at a time. I was happy that I didn't get any puckers or tucks in my curved piecing. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Relax. If it doesn't come out "perfect", it will still be beautiful. Most mistakes can be worked around or fixed or not even noticable when the whole quilt is done. Enjoy the process!

Beautiful fabrics! You have a lovely mix of colors and textures! It is going to look fabulous once it is quilted! Are you going to do your own quilting on this one?? Good Job!
leah7 answered:
Thanks so much! I'm taking Leah Day's class on how to quilt this quilt, so my plan is to do it myself on my own machine. I'm kind of excited to try it.
