Very fun color combination and beautiful work! As for quilting - with prints as busy as this, almost nothing you quilt will show at all if you use a blending color of thread, except on the very lightest sections. If you use a contrast thread your stitching would also show on the black. So, in that case, you may as well pick a very simple design - a meander, or loops, or even concentric circles echoing the curves in each block to edge of the block - maybe 1/2 " - 1' apart. Or you could treat it like I did the black and white version I was working on for the lessons - use the stripes and prints in the fabric for your design inspiration. Much of it will only show up very close to the quilt, but it can draw the viewer in for up close delightful surprises. I did post that quilt to this Projects page when I quilted it. And there is a tutorial on my website showing the quilting of it if you are interested - www.obsessivequilter.weebly.com under the "Other" tab.
