Bertie #2

What are you most proud of? This art quilt was made in 2005 complete with machine quilting and binding. But recently, I decided to go back and add hand embroidery to the piece. I love how the hand stitchery brought the quilt to life! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Look at the older quilts on your shelf. Will hand embroidery change the look of the quilt? You would be surprised at what a difference a stitch makes.
