What was your source for this quilting project? Other Tell us more about what inspired you. RumpledQuitlSkins quilt in Okotoks AB What are you most proud of? that I am still sticking to it and not giving up What advice would you give someone starting this project? my motto is: Ask not what you can do for your machine but what your machine can do for you! It's still beautiful if it's done by machine or hand, either way...my shoulders could not stand the tedious work of doing all this by hand, so I have several machines helping me...either way it's getting done and I"m loving it.

sharmacdonald made Bed of Roses with:

  • King size sheet and scrap pieces of cotton fabrics and a Scan and Cut with some Wonder Under and some Heat and Bond
  • and the daisy wheel for making circles by Singer

thanks for the encouragement. I had NO idea it would take SO long to embroider/stitch around EVERY little circle and leaf and flower! WOW I don't even have ONE whole square done, yet! This might be my magnum opus! I might be retired and in a home before I see the final square done! (although I certainly hope not!)
