Q&A with Marj54
I really love quilts that show a modern take on color & pattern while being reminiscent of the ones I had as a child. It brings something new & fresh to such a beautiful old craft! Thanks for sharing your work....pegann
thankyou pegann. i loved making this quilt because it was the first quilt as you go that i have done and i really wanted to practice my free motion quilting. l

The quilting on these blocks is wonderful. It adds so much to your fresh bright colors.
Thank you, I enjoyed the learning process on this quilt because it was all about the FMQ.

What wonderful free motion quilting! I'm doing the BOM, and thought that particular block could possibly be boring (I haven't got that far yet), but you've shown me just how interesting it can be. Well done!
thank you Pat, It was a real learning curve for me but I enjoyed making it. I was really driven to see it finished because I had promised it to a local charity.

Wow! Really a stunning quilt. So thrilled to get to see it!
Thank you Ann, I appreciate your comments. I won't have it for much longer. I have donated it to a local charity so I hope they will enjoy it also.
