Always in our Hearts

Project Description

What was your inspiration? My group is making quilts for Mothers who have lost their babies in the hospital. That is why the name Always in Our Hearts and the Heart Feather.

Thank you. I was just on the Quiltingboard.com bragging about your class and how you simplified things and made them so you could really do them. You took complicated terrifying things and broke them down to a simple component, repeated that and made it only look complicated and of course gorgeous. I was just thrilled with your class. Boy that is putting it mildly

Deb, I love the heart motif. Did you freeform the design or is it from a stencil. So pretty, beautiful feathers and hopefully softens and caresses the heart of a grieving mother.

Thank you, I mark the stems and do freeform. You can put a line on the outside where you don't want to go past.. I do't remember if I did or not. I have good quilting days and days when I need just a little help.
