As a quilter, you make beautiful art. But what about all those little scraps? Do you save them? use them for small projects? Stuff things with them? Or just throw them away? The economy has us all trying to be more thrifty. So I've designed this quilt with that in mind. Each block has corners being cut off. Rather than wasting that cut off fabric, I am sewing them into blocks. I am including directions to make two additional baby quilt tops from these little blocks! The yardage includes borders for these two tops as well. This quilt was originally designed as a mystery quilt, so the steps are presented as "clues". This pattern is presented in only one size, and is written to be easy for beginners, but still interesting enough for seasoned quilters. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Sew a 1/4" seam Rotary Cutting SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 96"x96" (Main quilt top) Directions given to make 2 additional baby quilt tops from cut off corners

I'm Shannon, and I'd like to thank you for visiting my store! I am a full time electrical engineer and mom. I'm married with two boys. I'm also a quilter, pattern designer, and even a fabric designer! I've been quilting since the end of 2006, and designing patterns since 2010. I have a quite few completed so far, with several more in varying states of incompletion. I also have several fabric designs available from my spoonflower store. I am working on completing more patterns during my lunch hours at work, in the hopes that one day I can retire from engineering and stay home with my boys again. Your purchase of my patterns supports my ability to do that! So now you've seen my patterns! You can see my fabric designs at I have a collection called Monkeying Around that goes with my pattern of the same name. And feel free to visit my blog at
