I think you will like this quilt filled with fun sampler blocks. What is more restful when you are filled with the blues than a beautiful garden of flowers? I choose to share with you that I designed this quilt the summer and fall before I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. After nine months consisting of surgery and chemotherapy I found myself eager to plunge back into quilting and creating the actual quilt for this pattern. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and love the outcome. We all come across days that we have "the blues" for one reason or another. I find that quilting always shakes off those blues! There's a little bit of hand embroidery to do, some yo-yo's to make, and some fun buttons you can add to finish this quilt top! Use this as a block of the month or make the whole thing from beginning to end. Fabric supply list, finishing instructions, and step-by-step block and full quilt instructions are included. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY You should already have basic sewing skills, and basic quilting knowledge. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Finished 57" x 75"
