Pi day is coming up soon! Pi is a mathematical constant that is equal to the ratio between the circumference and diameter of a circle, with a value of 3.14. Some people like to celebrate Pi day an 3/14, or March 14th. I personally like to indulge in all types of pies - fruit, savory, and pizza! This would make a great centerpiece for a mini quilt, pot holder, or trivet for your favorite pi(e) lover. Use this Pi pattern as you like to celebrate - it will be free until after Pi day 2017. This is a foundation paper piecing pattern for the greek symbol Pi. Templates are included for a 3.5" x 3.5" finished blocks, plus 0.5" seam allowances and 0.5" to allow for trimming (templates finish at 4.5", trim to 4", and finish at 3.5" after seam allowance). Each section is clearly labelled and has a drawn seam allowance. The template sections are patterned to make piecing and printing easier. There is also a numbered reference image of the entire pattern included. Paper piecing instructions are not included. You may sell items made from this pattern on a small scale, but you must include "Pattern designed by Julia @ Stars and Sunshine" and link to either my craftsy store, my website (www.starsandsunshine.com), or my Instagram page (www.instagram.com/stars_sunshine) within the description.
