All of these projects can me made from one Jelly Roll pack (40 strips) or you can use the assorted fat quarters listed and cut those into the strips you need. These are fun, fast and colorful projects to dress up your decor. You can make a large table runner, small topper and two pillows! BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Knowledge of basic rotary cutting and piecing skills Basic Applique Skills (hand or machine) FABRIC FOR ALL THREE PROJECTS 8 assorted med/dark color fat quarters cut into 50 strips 2 1/2 x 20" 5 assorted light color fat quarters cut into 30 strips 2 1/2 x 20" OR 40 assorted 2 1/2" Jelly Roll strips - 25 med/dark strips and 15 light strips ADDITIONAL FABRICS NEEDED FOR TABLE RUNNER Fat quarter green for appliques Fat eighths of blue, brown, purple and red for appliques 1 1/2 yards backing fabric 1/4 yard binding fabric in desired color ADDITIONAL FABRICS NEEDED FOR SMALL TABLE TOPPER AND PILLOW 2 scrap fat quarters for inner backing (pillow) Fat quarter green - enough for all projects Fat eighths of blue and red - enough for all projects 1/6 yard binding fabric (for each project) 20 x 20" piece of backing fabric (for small topper) SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Table Runner: 16 1/2 x 40 1/2 Small Topper: 16 x 16" Pillow: 16 x 16"
