*** Note: This pattern is one of ten designs included in my Halloween and Thanksgiving Mug Rug Book. *** Some cats are relaxed and easy-going whilst others are nervous and jittery. But all cats like to sit somewhere and watch the world go by after they have had their evening meal. Now you too can join them and create the perfect resting place for your after-dinner coffee or night-time cocoa with this fun and quirky pattern. This pattern includes two designs with two different methods for constructing the wall (one patched and one quilted). It also comes with two different cats - one relaxed and the other a 'Halloween' scaredy cat! Purrfect for all-year-round fun. Constructed using quick fuse applique, the pattern includes full size applique sheet, colour diagrams and easy to follow instructions allowing you to create a little piece of quilted art for your home whilst playing with fabric and thread. And once you've made one of the designs you could always whip up the other design as a gift for a cat lover, friend or relative. This pattern is for personal use but permission is also granted to make this item to sell provided the item is handmade by you and you credit the Patchsmith for the design. No mass production allowed. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Size before quilting - 9" x 6"

I am the Patchsmith. I patch, applique, sew and quilt. I have been creating a life of fabric, fun and friends for many, many years. I believe a pattern should be easy to follow, with clear diagrams and full-size templates. Value is also very important to me - both in terms of fabric wastage and to the buyer. Patchwork is about sharing and that is why all my patterns are priced for everybody to afford. To contact me visit my blog ( and click on 'About the Patchsmith' or email me at
