Pattern Details

**Updated 10/12/2017** This pattern is a lot easier to put together than it looks. Log cabin blocks are so much fun and can create so many different pictures. I had a lot of fun creating this one and all the pieces that match. Beginner to Advanced, this pattern is broken down to its simplest form. This is a quick and easy quilt. I have marked it as a bit more than beginner but the skills needed are minimal to put this beautiful block together. I break it down piece by piece and block by block. There is a Table Mat design included as well as fabric measurements for it. There are coordinating pieces that go with this block, please see all other pieces to match and create a great Valentine's Day or any day decor in your kitchen. Included also are Rotary Cutting instructions and Paper Piecing Templates. I started quilting when I was about 7. My mother and grandmother were always making quilts and they taught me the stitches, piecing and how a quilt went together. Trial and error, some on my own, others with my grandmother and mother and I found that I loved to quilt, design and embroider. These are my life's passions. If you ever need help with a layout, a specific size block or pattern I sell here, or would like a pattern of yours laid out and professionally created in digital format, please feel free to contact me. Picture is of our fireplace in our Quilting Studio and my kitty "Sammie" enjoying the hearth and the heat while we sit close by sewing and quilting. I think mom and I have made our sewing area a little too comfortable ;-)
