Pattern Details

Interweave is specifically designed to feature large scale prints. Kaffe Fassett and Amy Butler fabrics work beautifully. The design also works really well with other scale prints and solids. Use your favorite fabric collection. Try batiks. It’s fat quarter friendly in the baby and throw size. The quilt is created from rows, the piecing is simple but does require accurate 1/4" seams. The pattern includes: Guidelines for selecting fabrics. Yardage for 4 sizes; baby, throw, twin and queen. Information of how to alter the size to meet your needs. Easy to follow instructions with clear illustrations of every step. Design explorations showing how value and color effect the look. Coloring pages in each size so you can color your own ideas. I believe quilts don’t have to be complicated to be stunning and beautiful. That’s why my patterns are designed with both simplicity and versatility in mind. I want you to find a way to make it your own through fabrics and colors you love. You are welcome to sell quilts made from this pattern at handmade markets or your Etsy shop. I was once a graphic designer turned stay-at-home mom. Now I'm an empty-nester turned independent pattern designer. After quilting for 15 plus years, I've turned my passion into my business, SpringLeaf Studios. I love the design process and working with both color and prints. Especially large scale prints. By sharing the design process with you in my patterns, I hope to inspire you with all the various ways each pattern can be used. There are so many possibilities, you'll want to make more than one.
