Braids are fun to make. If you enjoy log cabin construction, then you'll enjoy making this braid. For ease of construction, the braid starts with braid strips sewn to a triangle. The inner border and setting triangles create an inlaid effect. Only simple straight seams are used in this pattern which is very forgiving. Give your bed an splash of color with a quick and easy bed runner. One jelly roll is enough to make several bed runners, so a partial jelly roll left over from another project might be enough, depending on the size. Sample uses Moda Morris Modernized. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and creating beautiful things. Quilt making and knitting are my two favorite hobbies. Quilts are an exploration and I can't wait to see what my fabrics will look like when I'm finished with the quilt. All Quilts are well illustrated and edited for clarity. I am also a TKGA certified Master Knitter. I started knitting after college and it's been a great passion in my life. Some of my patterns are specifically designed with Sky High Fibers hand painted yarns in mind, the others are more generic. All patterns are edited for accuracy, written to be as simple as possible and includes charts and schematics when necessary.
