Inspired by a wonderful scrappy vintage quilt, this quilt features circles set on top of pieced blocks, for a terrific complex look that is easier to achieve than you think! The circles in this pattern, like many of my patterns, are faux pieced - so you really can do it! Added bonus - a matching table runner using some of your leftover piecing! When selecting fabrics for this quilt, look for fabric pairs with clear light and dark contrast. This will enhance the prism-like secondary block effect. Pictured quilt was made with the Gallery in Red collection from Marcus Fabrics. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Rotary Cutting, standard machine piecing SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 53" x 67"
