What are you most proud of? Stenciling turned out great on this cake. I practiced beforehand on real cake covered w fondant and dummy cakes covered w fondant before doing the actual wedding cake.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure cakes are at room temp and not frozen or chilled before add fondant. It formed bubble overnight. It was in a box in AC room so I did not see it until next day. Unfortuneatley, the fondant was too hard to pin prick and smooth out, so . . . One covered with fondant drape on tier 2. Will do differently next time, but did pretty well overall.

It's super beautiful! You sound like me ..tons of practice and preparing and yet you still learn something new on the final project. Bravo!

Thx for your kind comment. Always learning how to do better next time, but I was still proud of this one.

Good job. I went through the same issues..with the air bubbles. Everyday i learn something new n easier ways of doing things. Practice makes perfect. :)
