Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this piece. The first image was downloaded from Facebook while the 2nd and 3rd ones were done using an iPod/iPad app called SuperPhoto. The techniques are done using rough and hough sketch. The next three were done by yours truly using the methods Patricia had shown us

Is the piece for sale? Yes

What are you most proud of? That I was able to do a fairly good job of it.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? The first few sketches were done with digital media, but demonstrates the 'blocking in' method Patricia had taught us; the next few were done using those methods.

This is a photo I have downloaded from facebook (so it's not my original one), but had made two digital sketches of it to demonstrate the 'blocking in' and the gesturing stages of making a drawing.

Hi Thanks for taking the time to help us by doing this. I can see the envelope and also how you highlight the angles. This is a neat way of doing what Patricia is teaching. Thanks again Matey. Look forward to any other ideas you have. Dave

Thank you, David, for the kind comment - it shows another way of doing this sort of work, and how to view the subject can be viewed in terms of angles and shapes.
