You look wonderful in your dress. Recently enrolled in this course. After seeing your dress psyched about getting started.

Wow! Love this! Is this the alternative pattern for the course?

Hi Cheryl Ann - I actually used a vintage Vogue pattern, dated 1957, for this dress. I made it using the couture techniques I learned from the class. I purchased the pattern from an Etsy shop last year. I have found you can apply the couture techniques to just about any pattern, but it was helpful for me to make my first couture dress using the recommended pattern for the course.
