What materials did you use? Berroco Ultra Alpaca Fine--warning! Despite cold gentle wash cycle, they've felted themselves. This is a yarn for hand washers only!

Actually, it's in "Materials," but not as one of the individual patterns. It's in the "Sock Planning Worksheet" section under the name "Telescope Lattice."

What kind of toe did you use for these socks?

I used the short-row toe--not exactly the one that Donna does but the kind-of-related Japanese short rows (from Carol Feller's free class on short rows). It was a while back, but I'm pretty sure I didn't do the additional yarnover in the pick-up phase like Donna does. I think I just followed the Carol Feller directions.
