What materials did you use? old t-shirts, solid cottons, stabilizer

What are you most proud of? I designed it myself and did all the measuring in advance so I had something to follow. I was able to turn so many black shirts with a macabre theme into a colourful bed quilt.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure you stabilize the t shirt parts before cutting them out. Plan it all out on paper first.

I have made several T-shirt quilts in the past - but I love the way you did this one- the geometric shapes give it more than just boring T-shirts in a rows..I love it - will save this project for the next T-shirt quilt I do ( btw, I also stabilize my T-shirts - w/ fusible fleece - pellon)...thanks so much for sharing!

I made my first T-Shirt quilt out of Cruise T-Shirts from my first cruise. It turned out really cute. I am currently saving my Daughters and my neices T-Shirts from High School. I hope to get enough shirts together to make them a great graduation gift.

great job! I'm sure your grandson shows this off to all his friends. Way to go grandma!
