What are you most proud of? Biggest cake I've done with this many sugar flowers. Matching the color to the box. Several new flowers, cabbage roses, peonies, and anemones. Cake is White Buttermilk with Swiss Meringue Buttercream and Chocolate Kahlua cake with alternating layers of whipped ganache filling and Bailey's Swiss Buttercream.

This is absolutely GORGEOUS! The flowers are magnificent. All the new flowers look like you've been doing them for years - you're a natural. The balance, even though there are so many, works very well. The color of blue is breathtaking and whatever finish you've done with it really makes the cake. I'm so very impressed and you should be so very proud. This should be on the cover of a magazine somewhere.

Thank you so much! This was one of the very first sugar flower cakes my mother and I did. I definitely think it could use lots of improvements looking back on it! I certainly like the new work more. We've definitely improved with time. Can't wait to post the new one we have been working on!
