Oh my goodness, let me first say your son is such a cutie. I totally understand why he loves these colours, they look great. Sweater looks fabulous, I'm so jealous of your skills!

Thank you :)

hi carol, I was just wondering, this seems like a top down sweater, knitted in the round. is that so, or would I be able to transfer it to a top down in the round? I have similar yarn in similar green and ice blue for my kids, but I kinda hate knitting separate bits of sweater, so i'm a big top down in the round fan :) thanks.

Yes, it is top down in the round, a great way to use up sock yarn as well. It helps that it'll be machine washable. I'm a big fan of seamless as well :)

Your son is adorable! And that sweater is gorgeous!

I see that the shaping design allows for his charmed growth. The repetition is indeed convincing that short rows can be mastered before he heads to school. I will check the commitment again.before I sign. Project looks perfect. for my grandson.
