What materials did you use? Corriedale roving

What are you most proud of? I am pleased with how the yarn turned out to be consistent. Also, I din't think I would be as successful considering how badly I did on previous attempts with the drop spindle.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the entire video and then re-watch and practice. It was also easier for me since I have been spinning on a spinning wheel. I am better able to draft fiber since using the wheel.

Are you referring to the Fiber Fair in Fletcher, N. C. I'm attending that. I started to take a splindling class but couldn't find one on Sat. They were also expensive, some of them anyway. I'm really looking forward to it. I have a friend that is a vendor. She usually teaches a class she is not this year- she does weaving and raises her own sheep, dyes her wool. She can't knit or crochet. I haven't finished this class yet.

By the way Debby, your yarn turned out good. This splindling is harder than I thought.

Yes. This is the first time for me to attend the fair. I am taking three classes, spinning on a supported spindle, spinning thin yarn with Patsy Z (great teacher), and needle felting a scene. I am not artistic so that should be interesting. I am just about ready to learn to ply yarn on the spindle.
