What materials did you use? Tracing paper, Hand-dyed/flesh-colored fabric, fusible web, fusible interfacing, fusible fleece, background fabric, backing fabric, cotton threads, paper and fabric scissors, appliqué pressing sheet, satin cord, wool roving, shirts, scarves, old jackets, lace, feathers, ribbons, yarn, zippers, earrings, costume jewelry, buttons, beads, crystals and more!

I'm studying this hat with great interest - it looks so jaunty and chic! I'd love to be able to do something similar but am at a bit of a loss at the moment as how to set about it. Give me time, and I'll come up with something! Love your "Sophisticate"!

I used a black screen from the hardware store for the top (put black fabric under the top) and brim and some netting from a bridal store. I bought the flower at Michaels craft store. Voila!
