What are you most proud of? That I finally finished it and blocked it. I tried doing this with laceweight yarn the first time around and had so much trouble that I ended up getting fingering weight for it.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Listen to Laura when she suggest starting with fingering weight. It really is much easier to get the hang of it.

This is a lovely shawl. Do you find that you enjoy wearing it? Did the size come out to what you wanted?

Thank you! I made it as a gift for someone else so I haven't really worn it myself. I did try it briefly once it was blocked and it did seem to drape nicely. If you are asking because you are deciding whether or not to take the class, it might help to know that Laura Nelkin does provide options for making it larger if that is something that you would desire. You would just repeat some of the rows. But I personally liked the length as it was written.
