Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Sear-roasted salmon is perfect for a dinner party. You can sear it ahead of time, then pop it it in the oven for just a few minutes right before dinner. Serve it with a savory chive butter.

I made the steaks from this lesson. My husband very rarely compliments something unless he really likes it. He gave this one a definite thumbs up - and I am very pleased with it myself. I am cooking the turkey this week for Thanksgiving - can't wait to see how it turns out!

So glad the steaks turned out! That's one of my favorite techniques.

Where can we get the recipe for the chive butter. Great information and enjoy the presentation by Molly.

Dear GrapeFarmer, The Chive Butter recipe is in the class materials section of the class. Let us know if you have trouble finding it. molly
