What materials did you use? lots of southwest colored scraps. Kaffe Fasset fabric on the back

What are you most proud of? The thing actually laid flat for quilting! With all the weird strips coming together in the center, I didn't think it would. Yippee!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Pick a focus fabric and then when you pull the other fabrics, don't be afraid to use ones that are the right color, but maybe not the right 'theme'. Little strips don't show the theme, just read as color.

Looks like kaleidoscopes. Great selection of colors and patterns.

Wow, love the colors! What a neat pattern!

thanks. The quilt body is nice, but mitering the border was a mistake...it looks bad!

Hi Sue. This is fabulous - Kaleidoscopes are such fun! Loving the colours and the way you have put it all together. The border is very "Arizona" - or how I imagine it anyway. Quilting is great too. Know what you mean about getting those points in the middle flat - well done. Judith
